I've ordered online from Erleene's Flowers 3 or 4 times and have never had an issue. I live in Colorado and always wonder what the person actually receives when I send flowers. The recipient has always been impressed with the arrangement and sends me pictures. The flowers from Erleene's always look fresh and exactly as described when ordering. If there is any issue with fulfilling the order as specified, someone from the store calls right away. And it's always a pleasant person, which is nice.
